Законодательные акты в Великобритании, регулирующие ограничительную практику установления цен производителями. Согласно этим законам практика поддержания розничных цен (см. Resale price maintenance) запрещается. Законы предусматривают одну уступку производителям - им разрешено препятствовать тому, чтобы их товар реализовывался по убыточной цене, т.е. цене, которая ниже закупочной. См. Competition policy (UK), Recommended resale price.
